Programme Design and Management
Everything R&B Live Tour was set up in order to uplift and educate the next wave of UK R&B talent through a training programme and full tour for four unsigned UK R&B artists, alongside five special guests and 4 R&B specialist DJs. Led by award-winning BBC Radio broadcaster and DJ, Ace this project was developed to improve their knowledge and connections within the live music industry, enhance their performance skills, and be introduced to new audiences.
The education and talent development strand of the Everything R&B Live Tour programme featured masterclasses from top tier guests and music industry professionals, covering topics of marketing, branding, touring and more. The tour stopped at Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and London and saw over 1000 R&B and new music fans enjoy the next generation of UK R&B.
